Test Principle

  • Ready-to-use reagents and the real-time PCR method provide a simple solution.
  • Amplification from DNA sample with a wide range of concentrations
  • The PCR run takes 60mins
  • The PCR kit uses different fluorophores that are compatible with most common real-time cyclers. We have performed tests on the following devices: 
  • QuantStudio 6 (Thermo Fischer Scientific)
  • CFX 96TM (Bio-Rad)
  • Lightcycler® 480 (Roche)
  • Analysis is performed using the software of the instrument manufacturer.

Product Description

FastQ B*27 detects the HLA-B*27 allele group associated with several different autoimmune diseases (Morbus Bechterew or Ankylosing Spondylitis, Reiter’s disease, reactive arthritis) and is, therefore, used as part of the diagnostic process.

  • All CWD B*27 alleles are detected in a single PCR mix
  • Discrimination of the non-associated alleles, B*27:06 & B*27:09
  • Internal amplification control included
